Program Description

Trueway Services uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about service-related matters. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, booking confirmations, service updates, invoices, billing notices, customer support responses, and occasional promotional offers.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Trueway Services, submitting a website form, booking service, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Trueway Services at the phone number provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services from Trueway Services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. On average, customers may receive approximately 1-6 messages per month. Message frequency may be higher during active service requests, scheduling changes, ongoing projects, billing activity, or customer support conversations.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan, rates, and charges.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Trueway Services at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, we will no longer send SMS/text messages to that mobile number, except where permitted by law, such as confirming your opt-out request. Opting out of text messages does not cancel any existing service agreement, invoice, or non-SMS communication.
